    Description


    Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing initiatives encompassing SEM, email marketing, social media, paid media, affiliates, and display advertising campaigns.


    • Strategize and execute onpage and offpage SEO efforts to enhance organic visibility.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance against defined KPIs and ROI goals.
    • Optimize campaign performance based on datadriven insights and industry trends.
    • Brainstorm innovative growth strategies and conduct experiments to drive continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams from conceptualization to execution, ensuring seamless campaign delivery.
    • Create and optimize landing pages, collaborating internally to enhance user experience.
    • Evaluate the endtoend customer journey and implement conversion rate optimization strategies.

    Requirements:
    -10-15 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and expertise in managing paid media campaigns.

    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and similar tools for data interpretation.
    • Expertise in SEM, SEO, email marketing, social media advertising, paid media, and other digital marketing channels.
    • Proven track record of achieving ROI and KPI targets through optimized campaigns.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and drive results.
    • Innovative mindset with a penchant for experimentation and continuous improvement.
