    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales objectives

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster long-term partnerships.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to support sales efforts.
    • Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
    • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to remain competitive in the market.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant leadership role in sales.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
    • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
    • Understanding of market research methods and analysis.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage deadlines and pressure.
