    Intern Role

    Job Summary

    This internship offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team working in the customer experience department.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Answer and address incoming/outgoing phone calls promptly and professionally
    • Prioritize calls based on urgency and importance
    • Redirect calls to the relevant team members as needed
    • Deliver outstanding customer service through phone interactions
    • Follow up with clients and customers via phone when required

    Requirements:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Gmail
