    Location Cuffe Parade, Mumbai

    Job Summary

    The Account Manager will be responsible for daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivables, payroll, assistance with end-of-month close, grant reporting, audit preparation, and other related duties as assigned. The person will work closely with and report to the Deputy Manager-Accounting and Finance.

    Duties | Responsibilities

    Should have sound knowledge of TDS deductions.

    Should have done data compilation for MIS reporting.

    Should have hands on experience Audit & Finalization

    Should have done Vendor payment management and Documentation.

    Expertise in Procurement

    Working knowledge of Tax compliance including TDS,Income tax, GST

    Should be good with Budget monitoring process.

    Will be responsible for liasoning with various government authorities

    like bank, tax & PF departments.

    Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed.

    Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and

    statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested

    Perform basic office management duties as requested

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Degree in finance, accounting, or related field

    A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in accounting and finance (ONLY IN EDUCATION SECTOR)

    Outstanding communication and organizational skills

    Ability to work collaboratively internally
