    Position: Customer Success Executive

    Job Location: Ahmedabad

    Requirements:

    Good/Excellent English Communication Voice.

    Basic Computer Skill (Excel, Typing)

    Job purpose: To interact with Candidates on a regular basis and to ensure that delivery standards are met as per requirement

    Key Responsibilities:

    First point of contact (SPOC) for candidates and focus of the role is to provide excellence in customer service and to maximize the client experience.

    Conduct Interviews through calls or email/online.

    Documentation and securing records from entities along with coordinate with HRs, Directors and other officials for the interviews.

    Handle candidate queries and escalation calls.

    Ensure that the internal/external quality targets are met.
