    Overview:

    The TalentAcquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in the companys successby identifying attracting and securing top talent to meet theorganizations staffing needs. They are responsible for executingrecruiting strategies screening candidates and managing the entirehiring process.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Develop andimplement recruiting strategies to meet the organizations staffingneeds
    • Source and attract candidates throughvarious channels including social media and professionalnetworks
    • Screen and interview potentialcandidates to assess their qualifications and culturalfit
    • Coordinate with hiring managers tounderstand job requirements and candidateprofiles
    • Negotiate and communicate employmentoffers to successful candidates
    • Ensure apositive candidate experience throughout the recruitmentprocess
    • Utilize HRIS and other recruiting toolsto track and manage candidate pipelines
    • Conductreference and background checks on potentialemployees
    • Collaborate with the HR team todesign and implement the onboarding process for newhires
    • Stay uptodate with employment laws andregulations

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield
    • Proven experience as a talent acquisitionspecialist or similar role
    • Strong knowledge ofrecruitment strategies and bestpractices
    • Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills
    • Proficiency in ApplicantTracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS
    • Ability toconduct effective interviews andassessments
    • Understanding of employment lawsand regulations
    • Exceptional negotiation andnetworking abilities
    • Proactive anddetailoriented approach to work
    • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment
