    Inside Sales Representative

    At QpiAI, we are making AI and quantum computing solutions available to enterprise customers in the finance, logistics, pharmaceuticals, materials, space, telecommunication, automotive, and energy industry. We have a dedicated education and upskilling program targeted to academia and industry, QpiAI-Explorer. We are seeking a technical sales representative (B2C) for our education platform QpIAI-Explorer who can drive sales in the individuals, students, and working professionals segment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead Management: Use dashboards and automations to manage lead database. Profile and qualify leads based on captured data or through 1:1 interactions.
    • Customer Interaction: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails or VC meets in groups or individually.
    • Sales Generation: Identify and pursue sales opportunities through various structured and unstructured communication channels. Engage prospects, demonstrate value, and convert leads into customers. Achieve sales targets.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships, provide personalized support, and ensure client satisfaction. Organize connect with experts or counsellors.
    • Product Knowledge: Understand QpiAI-Explorer learning platform, key value proposition of our AI and quantum courses/software, and industry trends
    • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate to develop strategic sales plans. Identify key markets and refine strategies based on performance.
    • Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales data. Provide regular updates and make data-driven recommendations. Coordinate with marketing/product teams.
    • Customer Feedback: Gather and utilize client feedback to drive product improvements. Advocate for enhancements based on client needs.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or Tech.
    • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales.
    • Proven target-driven sales success in ed-tech or e-learning.
    • Strong technical aptitude with understanding of latest technologies.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
