    Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

    Experience: 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid digital campaigns, Google Ads, and PPC optimization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other digital channels to drive traffic and sales.

    - Develop and implement bidding strategies for various campaigns to optimize ad spend and increase ROI, using both manual and automated bidding techniques.

    - Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce costs, ensuring campaigns achieve targeted KPIs.

    - Manage and analyze PPC campaigns using Google Ads and other analytics platforms to drive performance and adjust campaigns based on results.

    - Handle campaign budgeting, ensuring efficient use of funds across multiple channels while achieving optimal results.

    - Use performance marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue, ensuring measurable and sustained growth.

    - Work with KPIs such as CPM, CPR, CPL, and ROI to optimize campaign performance.

    - Utilize tools like Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to analyze campaign data and provide insights for improvement.

    Required Qualifications and Skills:

    - At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid digital campaigns, Google Ads, and PPC optimization.

    - Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, performance metrics, and advertising platforms in the PR, marketing, and advertising sectors.

    - Ability to analyse large datasets, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.

    - Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and other relevant marketing technologies.

    - Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

    - Experience working with KPIs such as CPM, CPR, CPL, and ROI to measure and report on campaign performance.

    Preferred Background:

    - Previous experience in a performance marketing role within marketing agencies, advertising, or PR industries is a plus.

    - Knowledge of social media advertising and influencer marketing strategies.

    - Proven track record of working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment to achieve marketing goals.
