    Job Summary:

    The Multi-Store Area Manager will oversee the operational efficiency of multiple ice cream shops within the designated region. The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, have a keen understanding of business operations, and have a genuine passion for delivering an unforgettable customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily operations of multiple stores to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
    • Develop and implement strategies aimed at promoting the company's brand and boosting sales.
    • Train, mentor, and supervise store managers and ensure that they adhere to company guidelines and standards.
    • Monitor store performances, report findings, and propose action plans to improve results and meet sales targets.
    • Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback, providing top-notch customer service at all times.
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
    • Work closely with the upper management team to strategize future growth and development.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
