    We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role requires proficiency in a wide range of technical areas including networking, server, and cloud technologies. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing IT projects and initiatives.

    This role is located in our Mumbai office.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, implement, and manage Infrastructure as Code (IAC) solutions using tools to automate and streamline our infrastructure deployment and management processes.
    • Administer and maintain our Windows and Ubuntu Server environments, focusing on high availability, optimal performance, and security.
    • Demonstrate expertise in networking by configuring and troubleshooting essential networking protocols such as DHCP, DNS, VPN, etc.
    • Manage and configure firewalls and switches to safeguard our network.
    • Maintain and optimise Active Directory services, including user management, group policies, and permissions.
    • Administer Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams, to support collaboration and productivity across the organization.
    • Utilize Azure services for cloud infrastructure management, deployment, and optimisation.
    • Implement and manage monitoring solutions to ensure the health and performance of our IT systems.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing IT projects and initiatives.
    • Utilise scripting languages such as PowerShell to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
    • Have a solid understanding of virtualisation technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and familiarity with containerisation and orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

    Qualifications

    Must-Have
