Fiori Senior Engineer / Tech Lead is required for a permanent role based at our Development Centre to work on a largescale integration and new development projects.

The role would suit candidates who have a foundation in Fiori with particular emphasis on designing and implementing modern front end User Interfaces based on UI5 libraries and Fiori-style techniques.

You will be responsible for developing required systems enhancements, liaising closely with the Solution Architect and Functional Consultant to elicit and document their requirements, providing support in the UAT testing stages, providing bug fixes, and providing ongoing production support post-deployment.

The role requires someone who is flexible, able to respond to a dynamic business environment, and able to take ownership and responsibility for the delivery deadlines.

Required Qualifications

Strong experience of software development lifecycle using FioriStrong knowledge and working experience in UI5 relatedtechnologies including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, Angular JS, NodeJSExperience supporting UI5 applications on various desktop and mobile platformsDeep understanding of browser debugging tools for all latest browsers (Chrome, IE, Firefox and Safari)Experience working with RESTful APIs (e

OData) and SAP Gateway ServicesMust be able to extend and customize standard Fiori appsExperience with development tools like Business Application Studio, Web IDE, VS Code and SAP UI5 tools for eclipseAbility to work individually (self-motivated) and within a team environmentUse of source code version control using tools such as Git, Bit-BucketConducting unit, integration and release testing and ability to adhere to strict development standards and conduct code reviewsDesigning & modelling OData services using the Gateway Service Builder & ABAP Developer tools in eclipse will be an added advantageFunctional knowledge in SD, MM, PP and FICO will be advantageous
