 Must have 8+ years of Sales Experience in Applications & Solution Sales inManufacturing Process Vertical Sales Exposure of solutions like MEs, Shop-floor Digitization Applications like WMS, WIP ,Track & Trace and other Traceability solutions. Pharma Industry Sales is Preferable in any stream of above applications Having Strong understanding ability on solution sales and technology consulting andindustry echo system. Barcode RFID, IOT & BLE Technology adherence is added advantage.Detailed JD :1. Generating pool of enquiries for Digitization applications & solutions in the ProcessManufacturing vertical like Pharma, Agri, FMCG, Steel industries Etc.2. Responsible forsale & business development of AP & TS region.3. Able to connect CXO and establish relationship for the project initiations andforecasting.4. Focus on driving the solutions business in the respective geographies5. Collaborative Work with Pre Sales team & Customer Project team to come upCustomized solution6. Makes demo, product presentation of the solution to the customers7. Experienced professional in techno-commercial and business development activities invarioustechnical domains8. Co-ordination with manufacturing division heads for the road maps of the companytowards the industry 9. Conversant in AIDC Hardware pitching and suggesting customers on the right BOM forthe project requirement.10. Coordinate with service team for installation of equipment and concluding the salecycle.11. On time payment collection as per PO term12. Maintain business from existing customers & add new customers13. Collaborative technical discussion with OEMS14. Deep Knowledge on L1 to L5 pharma solution15. IIOT & AI based solution16. Major customer handling in territory –17. Review of team daily reports, target vs actual review, collections, and outletenhancement
