- Suspecting and Prospecting for New Clients / Lead Generation
- Direct Communication with clients VIA Email/ Phone
- Conduct follow-up on generated leads
- To achieve monthly, quarterly, annual targets as decided by the organization from time to time.
- To develop strategies so that the above targets are achieved as desired by the Organization.
- Developing sales strategies and setting motor insurance.
- Influence customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
- Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
- Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
- Coordinate with Technical / Purchase team
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Search for new prospects from Websites, Business Portals, Business Groups
- Use Social Media like LinkedIn etc. for new leads.
- Experience into Tele sales / outbound calling and lead generation process
- Good command over English, Hindi and Marathi
- Min 12th passed
- General shift
- Should have knowledge about insurance products
- Confident and proactive, extrovert
- Good listener, patient, polite
- Needs to be aggressive and energetic
- Good communication skills with command on English
