    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing day to day administrative operations by ensuring the smooth functioning of office supplies, stationery, and maintaining office equipment/facility.
    • Responsible for managing the office operations budget, including tracking expenses, and managing invoices.
    • Responsible for organizing events such as conferences, offsite etc. This includes managing logistics, coordinating with vendors/attendees, and overseeing event execution.
    • May be responsible for managing projects within the organization, such as office relocations etc.
    • Supervising responsibilities of current office staff (Security guard & Office boys).
    • Overall, the KRA of an office manager should ensure the smooth running of the office and support the organization's success by managing administrative, financial, and operational functions.
    • Managing all business queries related to ordering of items/materials as deemed necessary by the business teams pertaining to their requirements including but not limited to sourcing of the items, shipping, reverse pickup and delivery etc.
    • Managing Travel arrangements (Tickets/Vehicles) Domestic and Hotel Booking for Official travels-office picnics or any other events.
    • Basic understanding of setting up Mac & Windows OS along with other MS Office related softwares
    • Be able to troubleshoot basic computer problems and navigate appropriate centere's to fix any major problems.
    • Have an understanding of LAN, ISP's and other basic internet infra. .

    Requirements :

    • 2-3 years of related experience in managing Admin and IT Operations.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
    • Advanced proficiency in handling tools used for all admin-related tasks.
    • Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with global, cross-cultural teams.
    • Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Proficient in excel and ability to learn new tools.
    • Super quick in learning and managing tools like GSuite, Slack, etc.
    • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
