    Key Skills and Qualifications:

    • Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
    • HR Business Acumen: Ability to understand business needs and translate them into HR strategies.
    • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

    Requirements:
