    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and possess excellent communication and time management skills. This is a full-time position based in Nariman Point, Maharashtra, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Professional and friendly demeanor
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and conference calls
    • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
    • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations
    • Screen and prioritize incoming correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
    • Develop and maintain a filing system for easy access to information and documents
    • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
    • Perform general office and administrative tasks as required
