We are seeking a dynamic Senior HRMS Consultant to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in HRMS to design, develop, and implement advanced HRMS solutions tailored to our clients' needs. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of custom HRMS applications, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of client HR processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Provide expert guidance and support throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to HRMS applications, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in HRMS, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on HRMS functionality and capabilities, offering insights and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in designing and delivering complex HRMS solutions for clients across diverse industries.
• Strong proficiency in HRMS technologies, including but not limited to Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to thrive in a remote or hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
