Thisis a fulltime role for a German support specialist with emphasis onproviding support services to clients in Germany. You will beresponsible for answering customer inquiries resolving issues andmaintaining customer satisfaction. You will be required tocommunicate in German via phone email and chat and documentcustomer interactions andfeedback.
Qualifications

• Fluencyin German
• Customer service experience withexcellent verbal and written communicationskills
• Ability to provide efficient solutionsmultitask and work under pressure in a dynamic fastpaced andchanging environment
• Strong problemsolvingskills and attention to detail with the ability to analyze diagnoseand resolve customer issues in a timelymanner
• Demonstrated ability to be a team playeradaptable and flexible
• Prior experience usingCRM software and other support tools is aplus
