    DP Eurasia(DPEU) - a step-down subsidiary of the Company - is the exclusive master franchisee of the Domino's Pizzabrand in Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Georgia which has 694 stores wherein 88% are franchised stores.

    In addition to its pizza delivery business, DPEU also has its own coffee brand, COFFY, which trades from 67 stores.

    In Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, the Company operates through its 100% owned subsidiary which currently has 50 and26 stores respectively.


    • JOB CONTEXT AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
    • Be a guardian of coffee and beverage qualityo Work with training team and beverage lead to create SOPs that will help in elevation of coffee and beverage standardso Conduct beverage quality evaluation at stores and advise store team on action plano Co-Own beverage NPS with beverage NPD lead
    • Product Innovationo Support beverage NPD lead in developing new seasonal productso Should have understanding of influence of seasonality, festive season and daypart, etc. on beverage market behaviour and saleso Should build and maintain healthy relations with beverage ingredient vendorso Should have a healthy relations and smooth conversation with internal stake holders that contribute to new product closureo Create SOPs related to new product and clearly indicate if there is any impact on any of the existing products
    • Elevate Coreo Should have clear understanding of Dunkin's product strategy with respect to core offeringso Identify and rectify issues if any with prep standards, routines, recipes or quality issues if any with existing core productso Ensure store teams are clear on existing beverage routines, roles and recipes through continuous reiteration
    • Check on Competitive landscapeo Conduct market research and competition analysis with respect to offerings, innovation and pricingo Understand the pricing trend of the market and share inputs with beverage lead for evaluation and executiono Be aware of market trends that may directly or indirectly impact the coffeehouse industry
    • Support Beverage Launcho Working closely with support teams to ensure smooth launch of new productso Create SOPs for new products and new ingredients, small ware, etc.

    • At least 2-3 Years' experience as a Barista
    • Ability to work with large teams and can collaborate with multiple stake holders
