- Develop and execute a comprehensive distribution strategy for gold investment products, focusing on digital and traditional channels.
- Research and identify potential alliance partners in the financial services sector, including MFDs, IFAs, and fintech platforms.
- Negotiate and secure partnership agreements that align with Augmont's strategic goals and financial objectives.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment of strategies and seamless product rollout.
- Manage relationships with existing partners and continuously evaluate partnership effectiveness, suggesting improvements or changes when necessary.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to adapt and innovate our distribution approaches.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Proven experience (minimum 8+ years) in distribution management, in the financial services or investment product sectors.
- Strong existing network and relationships with MFDs, IFAs, fintechs, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies and negotiate partnership deals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Familiarity with digital transformation in financial services and emerging financial technologies.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Distribution Head to spearhead the distribution and alliance strategy for our investment products including DigiGold, Gold SIP, and Shop Gold on EMI.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic alliances with mutual fund distributors (MFDs), individual financial agents (IFAs), fintech companies, and other potential partners to expand our market reach and enhance customer acquisition.
