    Job Summary

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Digital Marketing Intern/Executive to join our marketing team.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience or proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google AdWords, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to gain hands-on experience and further develop their skills.

    The ideal candidate will be proactive, a fast learner, and passionate about digital marketing strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
      • Assist in optimizing website content for better search engine rankings.
      • Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic and relevant search terms.
      • Implement on-page SEO strategies, including content optimization, metadata, and internal linking.
      • Assist in monitoring and reporting on SEO performance.
    • Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
      • Help create and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms.
      • Monitor and adjust campaigns for optimal performance.
      • Conduct keyword research to improve ad targeting and enhance campaign reach.
      • Analyze and report on SEM metrics such as CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
    • Google Ads (AdWords)
      • Assist with the setup, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns.
      • Create compelling ad copy and perform A/B testing for continuous improvement.
      • Optimize budget allocation for maximum ROI.
      • Monitor performance and adjust campaigns based on analytics.
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
      • Support the creation, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
      • Work on audience targeting, ad creatives, and budget management for Meta ads.
      • Track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on key metrics.
    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
      • Assist in setting up tracking and monitoring performance metrics using GA4.
      • Help analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data.
      • Provide insights into website performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
    • Campaign Reporting and Analysis
      • Prepare reports on the performance of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns.
      • Analyze results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
      • Track and report on KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
    • Collaborative Support
      • Work closely with the digital marketing team to brainstorm and execute marketing strategies.
      • Assist in other digital marketing projects and activities as needed.

    Requirements

    • Proficient knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads (AdWords), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
    • Prior experience or internships in digital marketing, particularly with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or SEM, will be a significant advantage.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
    • Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
    • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
    • Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing.
