• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate<\/b> in any stream.

• 0–2 years of experience<\/b> in telecalling, customer service, or sales.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi<\/b>.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling<\/b>.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
