    A person responsible for making qualitySouth Indian food with different kind ofvarieties.Roles andResponsibilities:
    • Prepare and cookSouth Indian Udupi style food of all types on a regularbasis.
    • Monitoring quality of dishes at allstages of preparation.
    • Determine productionschedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timelydelivery of services.
    • Supervise and coordinateactivities of cooks and workers engaged in foodpreparation.
    • Collaborate with other personnelto plan and develop recipes and menus taking into account suchfactors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likelynumber of customers.
    • Check the quality of rawand cooked food products to ensure that standards aremet.
    • Check the quantity and quality of receivedproducts.
    • Demonstrate new cooking techniquesand equipment to staff.
    • Inspect suppliesequipment and work areas to ensure conformance to establishedstandards.
    • Instruct cooks and other workers inthe preparation cooking garnishing and presentation offood.
    • Train and instruct cooks and workers inproper food preparation procedures.
    • Wash peelcut and seed vegetables.
    • Weigh measure and mixingredients season and cook food according to recipes or personaljudgement.
    • To maintain the quality and hygieneof the food and also the kitchen area.
    • Musthave minimum 2 years of working experience in Udupi Karnataka styleSouth Indian restaurant.
    • Able to prioritiesorders and know how to run a functioningkitchen.
    • Capable of handling kitchenstaff.
    • Should have good knowledge of UdupiKarnataka South Indian food recipesingredients.
