Act as a strategic partner to key hiring managers, align recruitment efforts with business goals to fulfill critical talent needs
· Close critical roles within the designated Turnaround Time (TAT), ensuring timely recruitment for high-priority positions
· Deploy various sourcing techniques including social media platforms and Boolean searches
· Expand the use of job portals such as , LinkedIn, etc to maximize recruitment reach
· Lineup candidates for recruitment drives, accelerating hiring process for bulk recruitment needs
· Specialize in headhunting for niche skills, identify top-tier candidates for hard-to-fill roles
· Manage relationships with multiple hiring vendors, ensuring timely support and quality candidates for hard-to-fill positions< /span>
