    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team as he/she will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our publishing services, engage our audience, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for literature, a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and a proven track record of success in the publishing or related industry.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote Companys publishing services and increase brand awareness.

    2. Identify target audiences and devise strategies to engage and expand our reader base.

    3. Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.

    4. Create compelling content for marketing materials, websites, blogs, and social media platforms.

    5. Collaborate with the editorial team to promote featured authors, books, and literary events.

    6. Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance, optimize campaigns, and report on ROI.

    7. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure Companys remains competitive in the market.

    8. Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to execute marketing initiatives effectively.

    9. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

    2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the publishing or media industry.

    3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.

    4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

    5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.

    6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.

    7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for storytelling and literature.

    8. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    9. Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
