    Experience: 18-20 years

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR Operations Head to lead the HR operations department of a

    renowned AMC in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in payroll management, statutory

    compliance, and HRMS, along with a proven track record of managing a large workforce, preferably with at least

    employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation

    of HR processes and systems to support the organization's strategic goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Payroll Management:

     Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

     Stay up-to-date with relevant labor laws and tax regulations to ensure compliance in payroll processing.

     Handle employee compensation and benefits, including salary revisions, bonuses, and incentives.

     Proven track record of managing a large workforce, preferably with at least employees.

    1. Statutory Compliance:

     Ensure the organization's compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.

     Monitor and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal changes.

     Prepare and submit required reports and documents to government authorities.

    1. HR Management System (HRMS):

     Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRMS to streamline HR operations.

     Ensure data accuracy and security within the HRMS, and provide training to HR staff as needed.

     Generate and analyze HR reports to support data-driven decision-making.

    1. Workforce Management:

     Manage a large team of HR professionals and ensure their performance and development.

     Collaborate with other departments to support recruitment, onboarding, and talent management efforts.

     Provide guidance on HR issues and employee relations.

    1. Process Improvement:

     Continuously assess and enhance HR processes and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.

     Implement best practices and technology solutions to optimize HR operations.

    Qualifications and Skills:

     Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant

    certification is a plus.

     18-20 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance,

    and HRMS.

     Proven experience managing a large workforce, ideally with employees.

     In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory compliance in India.

     Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

     Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team.
