    Job Title: Showroom Manager

    Salary Range: ₹17,500 - ₹20,000 per month

    Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to oversee our retail operations in Trichy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the showrooms daily activities, supervising staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. This role requires a proactive manager who is adept at balancing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.


    Requirements

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Shop Management: Oversee the opening and closing of the store according to company procedures. Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing always.
    • Staff Supervision: Manage, train, and motivate showroom staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct regular performance reviews and organize training workshops to enhance staff skills.
    • Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors.
    • Sales and Promotion: Drive sales through effective customer engagement and innovative promotional activities. Develop strategies to increase foot traffic and optimize profitability.
    • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of merchandise. Coordinate with the supply chain team to timely restock goods.
    • Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records of daily sales, customer interactions, and staff performance. Prepare reports for senior management on a regular basis.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar managerial role.
    • Strong understanding of retail management best practices.
