Key Responsibilities:
· Business Development:
· Identify and cultivate NEW BUSINESS opportunities by proactively seeking and acquiring NEW CLIENTS.
· The candidate should have extensive experience in selling software services, both bespoke and data-related projects.
· Candidate should have exposure to BFSI industry.
· Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the client in the designated region from time to time.
· Collaborate with the services and marketing teams to create effective strategies for client acquisition and revenue growth.
2. Client Acquisition:
· ESTABLISH and nurture relationships with clients.
· Primary area of acquisition will be India and UAE. Other countries will be secondary.
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, positioning the organization as a preferred partner for IT solutions.
3. Collaboration and Communication:
· Work closely with internal teams to align service delivery with client needs and expectations.
· Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their evolving requirements and provide solutions that add value to their business.
· Establish and track metrics related to CLIENT ACQUISITION, REVENUE GENERATION, and SERVICE DELIVERY excellence.
· Provide regular reports to senior management on business development progress and opportunities for improvement.
· Pipeline and Accurate forecasting.
4. Qualifications:
· Proven experience in Sales (IT Services) and CLIENT ACQUISITION within the IT services sector.
· Strong understanding of the BFSI/NBFS industry.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to TRAVEL DOMESTICALLY and INTERNATIONALLY as needed.
· Demonstrated SUCCESS IN MEETING and EXCEEDING SALES TARGETS.
Requirements
Require BDM for Mumbai location.
Note:- This is Client based requirement. Permanent payroll with Client Company
