    Description

    About the internship:

    Love going to art galleries and working with artists? APRE Art House has opened a position for art film and photography professional. We are based in Colaba with a 2000 sq. ft. We have also displayed in New York, India Art Fair, and at Bikaner House in New Delhi and have a calendar full of events like theatre, dance, panel discussions, workshops, and performances. The professional will need to take gallery photos, artwork photos, artist interviews, and event shoots, and manage post-production.

    Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

    1. Handling film shoots

    2. Assisting the director

    3. Editing videos and content after artist shoots

    4. Assisting the team with content promotion

    Note:

    1. The location is APRE Art House, Plot no. 28, Sanghvi House, 3rd Pasta Lane, Colaba Market, Mumbai 400005

    2. Timings are Monday - Saturday, 10 am - 7 pm

    1. are available for full time (in-office) internship


    2. can start the internship between 20th Apr'24 and 25th May'24


    3. are available for duration of 3 months


    4. have relevant skills and interests



    Stipend:

    About Company:

    APRE Art House was founded in 2016 and is located in Colaba. The Gallery runs an artist residency program in a 10,000 sq. ft. Facility in Saki Naka. APRE contributes to the diverse and multi-layered space of contemporary art and creates an innovative platform for its understanding and outreach both nationally and globally.

    The gallery has executed innumerable multidisciplinary exhibitions, art fairs, events, and arts programs over the last few years. APRE aims to promote plural art culture through regular physical and virtual showcases while also continuing to develop public programming.

    Prerna SM Jain has earned her master's degree in 'modern and contemporary art market and its history' from Christie's Education, New York. She has worked at several art galleries and institutions internationally. She has trained at multiple institutions in France and New York.
