Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling:

• Initiate outbound calls to existing customers for relationship-building and cross-selling of banking products and services.
• Reach out to potential customers to introduce banking products, promotions, and services.

1. Lead Generation:

• Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and information gathering.

1. Product Knowledge:

• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and terms to customer
