- Facilitate and guide the development teams in the understanding and application of Scrum practices, values, and principles.
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint plannings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments that affect the team's ability to achieve their sprint goals.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments to ensure smooth communication and effective project execution.
