    1.Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders tounderstand and document business requirementsensuring

    alignment with NBFC operations andregulations.

    2. System Analysis:Analyze existing technology systems and theirfunctionality identifying areas for improvementand

    optimization.

    3.Process Mapping: Create process flow diagrams and modelsto depict current and future states helping in processreengineering.

    4. Data Analysis:Evaluate data sources structure and quality ensuring dataintegrity and accuracy fordecisionmaking.

    5. TechnologyEvaluation: Assess and recommend technology solutionsthat align with business objectives andregulatory

    compliance. Should be having knowledgeof API functionalities and its integration with other technologyplatforms

    6. Regulatory Compliance:Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure NBFCsystems and processes adhere tothese

    standards.

    7.System Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensurethat new software or system enhancements meetbusiness

    requirements.

    8.Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation includingbusiness and technical specifications user manualsand

    reports.

    9. UserTraining: Train endusers on new systems and processesproviding ongoing support.

    10. ChangeManagement: Assist in change management by guiding teamsthrough the transition to new systemsand

    processes.

    KEYRESPONSIBILITIES*

    Hands on experience in manual testing on Agile Methodology andothers method too as per requirement.

    Understanding Business requirements from business stakeholders andcreating requirement document accordingly

    withfunctional and technical solution approach.

    Writing Test Cases and Test scenarios

    Experiencein internal stakeholders as well as vendor handling monitoringimplementing processes.

    Bachelors degree inbusiness finance or a related field.

    Provenexperience as business analyst on Loan Origination system (LOS)Business Rule Engine (BRE) MultiBureau

    (MB)applications within the financial sector preferably withNBFCs.

    Strong understanding of retail loanproducts services and regulatory requirements.

    Proficiency in using business analysis tools data analysis softwareand project management tools.

    Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with variousstakeholders.

    Problemsolving abilities and astructured analytical approach.

    Knowledge of ITsystems databases and software developmentmethodologies.

    Conducting weekly/monthly projectreviews with business stakeholders andvendors
