- Deployment of AI product of AllGoVision Video Analytics, customer interaction, Demo/POC, Support. Resolution to complex problems. Good trouble shooting and customer management capability.
- Deploy solution/application at Customer site remotely / at site within stipulated time, get UAT and evaluation report.
- Troubleshooting of networking, Windows server and Linux OS required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills desirable.
- Work closely with Sales and Engineering team.
- Exposure Enterprise architecture, Deep learning, Cloud solutions will be preferable
- Understanding of Video Analytics/ video management products, Security Products, IT enterprise products pre and post sales activities, System architecture knowledge for enterprise software architecture.
- knowledge in system administration of Linux operating systems and MySQL Database
- Hands on experience of Video/CCTV Cameras and security products will be preferable
- Hands on experience of IP Networks, DNS, Load balancers, DHCP, MS office will be preferable
- Customer facing skills, Resourceful, fast on feet, Customer Management, Getting User acceptance test
- Proficiency in Technical documentation like Manuals and troubleshooting document
- Willing to travel in India and abroad
