    Job Title: Robotics Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer / Asst Manager

    Reports to: Sales Director

    Location: Chennai

    Products : Aubo Cobots & Automation

    Proven track record selling Robots or Cobots

    Job Description:

    . Support Outside sales with Cobot solution selling into prospect account base.

    Responsible to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.

    Roles & Responsibilities :

    . Responsibility to Achieve Sales target at assigned territory

    Present the company and company products to potential customers.

    Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions.

    Effectively communicate client needs to the Application team for providing solutions

    Establishment of good relationship to the different levels of the customer.

    Create new business opportunities to guarantee long term customer relationships.

    Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.

    Lead sales projects to success according to business plan.

    Close cooperation with the customer service department of the company for the sales of maintenance services, spare parts and technical trainings.

    Efficient time management of all sales activities.

    Lead and cooperate with local sales partners by providing training, support to maximize sales success.

    Skills Required :

    . Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer for 2-8 years

    Proven track record selling Robots or Cobots

    Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with seniors

    Experience of working in a customer focused environment

    High commercial awareness and acumen

    Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Excellent presentation and creativity skills

    Willingness to travel

    . Negotiation Skill to compete with Competitor Products
