This role centers on technical proficiency, reporting, and analytics within the Oracle Fusion environment. It entails crafting reports from diverse data sources and managing integrations for seamless digital interfacing with Oracle Fusion. Moreover, the position collaborates closely with the HR team to address system-related queries and concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Offer specialized technical guidance in Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle OTBI reporting.
• Transform reporting requirements into meaningful insights using Oracle BI Publisher, leveraging data models, templates, etc., and excel in Oracle OTBI reporting within functional areas.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and devise sophisticated integration solutions and BI Publisher reports.
• Customize reports to meet the specific needs of HR, staff, management, and other stakeholders.
• Work in tandem with HR peers to efficiently resolve issues.
• Ensure the integrity of data through meticulous auditing of both data and processes.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of functional HR processes on both a regional and global scale.
• Assist in the configuration of systems to support ongoing projects and enhancements.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of business processes and offer guidance on technological enhancements and efficiencies.
• Provide expert technical advice and education to functional partners.
• Offer adept support in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to HR systems.
• Maintain the capabilities of current HR system platforms to align with evolving business needs.
• Manage internal database records, files, and tables as necessary.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities as delegated.
