    Description

    This is a remote position.

    • Identify and research potential partners across various industries relevant to Rageela's business objectives.
    • Develop and execute compelling partnership proposals that outline the mutual benefits of collaboration.
    • Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with Rageela's business objectives.
    • Manage ongoing partner relationships, fostering open communication and maximising the value of each partnership.
    • Develop and implement co-marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement for both Company and its partners.
    • Track and analyse the performance of partnerships, measuring key metrics such as user acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue generated.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities.
    • Contribute to the development and execution of overall business development strategy.


    Requirements

    • Minimum of 1-3years of experience in business development or a related field.
    • Proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing successful partnerships.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Experience with digital marketing and partnership marketing a plus.
    • Knowledge of Entertainment industry and target audience (if applicable) a plus.
