Job Title: Project Management System Administrator

Location: Pune

Qualification: BE / ME/M-tech. (Mechanical, Production, Automobile)

Experience: 8 ~ 10 Years

Job Accountabilities:

1. Workfront Support: Acts as the primary point of contact for Workfront support. Monitors and maintains the Workfront Support request queue, responding to requests in a timely manner and working with the Project Management Office and Systems Implementation Team to evaluate and prioritize enhancement requests.
2. System Configuration and Maintenance: Works with Project Management Office and Systems Implementation Team to generate, modify, and maintain reports, dashboards, request queues, custom forms, layouts, and project templates that are clear and easy to use.
3. User Access and Licensing Maintenance – Ensures that all users have the proper license and access levels. Periodically audits licenses and access levels to remove or modify those no longer required.
4. Workfront New Release Evaluation and Communication – Evaluates any changes or updates from Adobe Workfront for their effect on Southco business and workflows. Communicates relevant changes to key stakeholders and users.
5. Support Training Activities – Helps to identify user training needs and works with the Project Management Office and Systems Implementation Team to generate Southco specific training materials as required.
6. Work with Southco IT Department as required to address system or integration issues related to Workfront.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience with Portfolio/Project Management systems is required (Adobe Workfront, Wrike, ServiceNow PPM, Monday, Primavera, Clarizen, Planview, or equivalent)

2. Experience with Adobe Workfront and other Adobe products is preferred.

3. Experience working with a global team preferred.

4. Experience with API and Python coding preferred

5.Awareness about ISO/TS 16949:2009 standard requirements for product development
