    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responding promptly to user inquiries and providing effective support.
    • Resolving user issues and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address user needs and concerns.
    • Contributing to the improvement of our support processes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Proven track record in a customer support role.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in both Hindi and English languages.
    • 2 to 4 Yrs Experience
