    Job Overview

    We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales to join our team at Nexilis Electronics India Pvt Ltd. As a Tele Sales, you will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience required.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a related role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven track record of successful sales
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Familiarity with CCTV Cameras and electronic security products
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels
    • Make outbound sales calls to promote our products and services
    • Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
    • Maintain and update customer database
    • Coordinate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
    • Assist in the preparation of sales quotes, proposals, and invoices
    • Follow up on sales leads and close deals
    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals
