Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Snowflake Developer with expertise in Python and DBT to join our team for the night shift (5:00 PM to 1:00 AM). As a Snowflake Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Snowflake data pipelines, optimizing data processing workflows, and ensuring the reliability and performance of our data infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement Snowflake data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable data solutions.
3. Snowflake with IICS
4. Optimize SQL queries and data processing workflows for improved performance and efficiency.
5. Develop custom Python scripts and functions to automate data processing tasks and enhance system functionalities.
6. Implement and maintain data modeling and transformation logic using DBT (Data Build Tool).
7. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality and integrity.
8. Document technical specifications, data flows, and procedures for future reference.
9. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Snowflake, Python, and data engineering technologies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Snowflake Developer or similar role, with strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
3. Solid understanding of Python programming language and experience in developing Python-based data solutions.
4. Hands-on experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) for data modeling and transformation.
5. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
8. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
9. Flexibility to work the night shift (5:00 PM to 1:00 AM).
