    Senior Full Stack Engineer
    Description:

    The ideal candidate will be a core member of our product engineering team, leading the development of scalable web applications across the stack. This includes working closely with design, product, and other developers to build performant, maintainable systems.

    SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE MEANS SHIPING HIGH-QUALITY FEATURES CONSISTENTLY, MENTORING OTHERS, AND CONTRIBUTING TO SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE DECISIONS THAT IMPROVE THE PLATFORM'S RELIABILITY AND USER EXPERIENCE.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Design, Build, and Maintain End-to-End Web Applications using Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
    • Implement Performant APIs and Data Models using Prisma ORM.
    • Translate Product Requirements into clean, scalable solutions.
    • Develop and Document Reusable UI Components using Storybook.
    • Participate in Code Reviews and Pair Programming to ensure high-quality code.
    • Troubleshoot and Debug Application Issues across the stack.
    • Contribute to the Improvement of Internal Development Tools and Workflows.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5+ Years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
    • 4+ Years working with Next.js (React) and Node.js.
    • 2+ Years experience using Prisma ORM.
    • 2+ Years experience with MongoDB (or similar NoSQL database).
    • 1+ Year of experience using Storybook for UI development.
    • Strong Understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), REST/GraphQL APIs, and component-based architecture.
    • Proven Experience in Writing Clean, Maintainable, and Testable Code.
    • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills and Attention to Detail.
    • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

    Nice-to-Have Qualifications

    • Experience with SQL databases like PostgreSQL.
    • Familiarity with Containerization (Docker) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Vercel, etc.).
    • Background in Building CI/CD Pipelines.
    • Prior Contributions to Open-Source or Experience Working in a Startup Environment.
