    Job Responsibilities of Language Teachers and Training Staff

    Language Teachers and Training Staff at Anglo-Eastern Care Solutions are integral to the organization's mission of preparing candidates for international careers through comprehensive language and cultural training. Reporting to the Dean of Language Studies, their responsibilities are multifaceted, aiming not only to deliver high-quality educational content but also to support the broader academic goals of the institution. Here's an overview of their job responsibilities:

    1 Course Delivery:

    Conduct engaging online and classroom sessions, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.

    Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials that align with the curriculum goals and learning objectives set by the Dean of Language Studies.

    2 Student Assessment and Feedback:

    Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and language proficiency, using both formative and summative evaluation techniques.

    Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance, offering personalized guidance to support their learning journey.

    3 Curriculum Support and Development:

    Assist the Dean in curriculum development efforts by providing insights on the effectiveness of teaching materials and student learning outcomes.

    Suggest improvements and updates to the curriculum based on classroom experiences and the latest educational research.

    4 Professional Development:

    Participate in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest teaching methodologies, educational technologies, and language teaching trends.

    Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and innovative teaching environment.

    5 Collaboration and Coordination:

    Work closely with the Dean and other staff members to ensure the seamless implementation of language programs and initiatives.

    Participate in team meetings and discussions to contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching strategies and academic services.

    6 Student Engagement and Support:

    Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.

    Provide additional support to students who may be struggling, coordinating with the Dean and relevant staff to address individual learning needs.

    7 Compliance and Quality Assurance:

    Ensure adherence to internal standards and external accreditation requirements in all teaching and assessment activities.

    Participate in quality assurance processes, such as course evaluations and academic audits, to maintain high standards of language education.

    8 Stakeholder Communication:

    Maintain effective communication with students, colleagues, and the Dean, ensuring transparency and responsiveness in all interactions.

    Participate in client meetings as required, providing insights into student progress and program effectiveness.
