• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in engineering management, with a focus on innovation and product development.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in software development methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
• Data engineering , AI/ML, Product management , SAAS experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation and pushing boundaries.
• Experience working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, preferably in the technology or startup sector.
• Ability to adapt to change and navigate ambiguity effectively.
