Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables#To MONITOR & CONTROL WARRANTY INDEX (RPH & Cost per tractor) thru daily follow-up and feedback (Hands on experience in SAP & Warranty claims handling).

#To have excellent Data Analytical skills equivalent (Six Sigma Green Belt certification added advantage) & strong expertise in MS Excel with hands-on experience on Formula's & macro building, Graphs and good command over Minitab software.

# In depth Knowledge & Inspection of Warranty part, Failure analysis of Hydraulics & Vehicle Engg. aggregate related components. Knowledge of Functional system of Tractor. Good part level knowledge of Engine, Transmission & other Tractor parts.

# Keen to learn & deploy new generation analysis tools like Power BI, use of Minitab & Reliablity module for Life calculations.

# Analysis warranty data and update the status on each failed part.

If the new concern reported and Post modified case reported, then re-open concern , Prepare warranty failed part data and the failure trend.

# Well conversant with field visits for failure analysis, complaints resolution, Farm Implements application study, Benchmarking and have good understanding of different field implements & useage.

# Co-ordination with different departments and suppliers for field failure and customer complaints analysis, corrective action & projects planning. # Familiar with drawing study, Inspection techniques and Inspection tools.
