    Job Summary:

    Frutta is looking for an experienced, motivated and detail-oriented 
    Recruitment Specialist
     to join our team. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
    • Write and post engaging job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
    • Source candidates using databases, networking, referrals, and other creative methods.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience (2–4 years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
    • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS).
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously under tight deadlines.
