Responsibilities

Oversee the coordination of residential and commercial construction projects to ensure alignment with priorities and plans.

Direct construction projects from conception to completion, reviewing project details, scheduling deliverables, and estimating costs.

Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations for all onsite and offsite constructions.

Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.

Select tools, materials, and equipment, while tracking inventory and maintaining necessary resources.

Ensure that the project team meets contractual conditions and performance expectations.

Review work progress on a daily basis and prepare internal and external reports regarding project status.

Plan ahead to identify and resolve potential problems and emerging issues.

Implement and enforce strict quality control and safety measures across all construction sites.

Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven track record of at least 25 years in construction management.

Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.

Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.

Ability to plan and see the big picture.

Competent in conflict and crisis management.

Excellent time and project management skills.
