Rolesand Responsibilities

CommunityOutreach Planning implementation and monitoring of gradewisecommunity outreach programs for children across the school. Thisincludes coordination of all the community outreach initiatives runby the school with identified partners.

Internships:
Every student who graduates will complete 2 internship projects inthe last two years of school.

It is the role of the manager toensure that the students complete the internships present theirreports and are evaluated based on theirpresentations.

FieldTrips and Guest Lectures:
School aims to ensure that all learningexperiences are supported by real life exposure.

For this everystudent must get multiple opportunities to learn from real lifeexperiences by the way of field trips and guest lectures.

The roleis to manage such partnerships.

Experience& Education
68 years ofrelevant experience managing educational projects andteams
Prior experience inorganizing physical and onlineevents/programs
Domain knowledgeof skills development programs/ Social Development/Social Work/Education/ Psychology/ Sociology/ Entrepreneurship/ ChildRights/Impact assessment
Mastersin any of the domains mentioned above and/orBusiness/Management
Excellentcommunication skills in Englishlanguage.
Knowing spoken Kannadais an addedadvantage
