Position Manager HRJob Description:

Manager HR at Universal Flexibles PvtLtdWe are hiring aManager HR for Universal Flexibles Pvt Ltd based in WhitefieldBangalore or Dobaspet Karnataka.

The Manager HR will play a keyrole in overseeing and managing the human resources function of ourorganization. Knowledge of Kannada is essential for effectivecommunication with employees andstakeholders.


Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies procedures and programs inalignment with company objectives and applicablelaws. Maintainaccurate employee records and ensure compliance with statutoryrequirements.
Coordinate and conduct employee training and developmentprograms. Handleemployee relations grievances and disciplinarymatters. Manageperformance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managersand employees.
Administer compensation and benefits programs and ensurecompetitive and fairpractices. Monitorand facilitate employee engagement initiatives to promote apositive workculture. Stayupdated with employment laws and regulations and ensurecompliance. PrepareHR reports and analyze HR metrics to provide insights andrecommendations.
Collaborate with management and crossfunctional teams to supportorganizationalgoals.


Requirements:
MSW/ MBA in HumanResources Provenexperience in HR management preferably in manufacturing orengineeringindustry. Soundknowledge of HR policies practices and employmentlaws. Proficiencyin Kannada and English languages for effectivecommunication.
Strong interpersonal and leadershipskills. Excellentproblemsolving and decisionmakingabilities. Abilityto maintain confidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation.
Familiarity with HR software andsystems. Strongorganizational and time managementskills.
