    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
    • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
    • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused on the spare business.
    • Develop & manage service procedures, policies, and standards as per company standards.
    • Keep accurate records of Service Reports, MOM, and customer service actions and discussions.
    • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports and arrange meeting monthly with the service team.
    • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
    • Train the service engineer using best practices in up-selling, customer satisfaction, and product promotion.
    • Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met

    Desired Candidate Profile

    B.E Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation / POWER ELECTRONICS

    EXPERIENCE IN FURNACE LINE WILL BE PLUS
