    Job Purpose:

    This role is responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, installing, and supporting the company's independent projects and ensuring that all the resources required for the delivery of computing and information services are functioning to their full potential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with business stakeholders while actively engaging in the information system planning process
    • Ensure compliance with the IT Risk Management policy throughout a project; report deviations to Head IT
    • Establish and review project timelines, work flow patterns; monitor cost and quality
    • Manage large and complex projects relating to the implementation of business applications, process re-engineering, establishment of control procedures, etc.
    • Ensure that planning and designing of projects / applications is such that requirements, budgets and timelines are met
    • Responsible for end-to-end project management- project scoping, system development (internal or through vendors), and testing for integration with internal systems
    • Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security; provide IT service and support for sub-processes- define, monitor and set quality standards
    • Sustain information systems results by defining, delivering and auditing application of systems
    • Enhance information systems results by identifying opportunities and developing application strategies
    • Managing complete IT Service Delivery and Aligning Business Process for optimization to generate more revenue with better Performance and Efficiency
    • Focus on bringing in Innovative Tech Solutions that are relevant for our business
    • Manage portfolio of Applications from an Application Management and Support perspective
    • Lead the team in meeting SLAs and adhering to Service processes
    • Lead change within the team by heading initiatives like Service Improvements, Value Adds
    • Understand the IT landscape of the customer with respect to Business functionality of applications and provide valuable insights for better operations
    • Understand application inter-relationships and identify risks
    • People responsibilities performance appraisals, productivity improvement, punctuality and discipline, talent retention, career planning & development
    • Responsible for project management deliverables
    • Ensure application portfolio adheres to all hygiene requirements

    Job Requirements:

    • B. Tech. in Computer Science / Post Graduate in Computers +MBA
    • 15+ Years of experience preferably from Banking / NBFCs in Strategic IT Projects
    • Exposure in end to end project planning, management and implementation
    • Exposure to governance, control and risk management
    • Deep understanding of all aspects of software design with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility
    • Experience in guiding Team Supporting Applications in Production ensuring availability, stability supporting and maintaining production systems
    • Experience managing SAFe, Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on that meet customer expectations for timeliness and quality
    • Technically strong in multiple technologies spanning across programming languages, databases (Oracle, MySQL , SQL Server), ETL tools, Cloud Platforms and Services and Micro Services. Preference for Java and Open Source stack, Web Services, Android mobile native and responsive web technologies, CI/CD, Automated Unit testing/Test Automation.
